In the BlazeMeter University, we use Groups, to identify and manage colleagues of the same company or team.Every Group will typically have at least one assigned manager, but the number of managers allowed is not limited.
A Manager of a group is able to enroll/unenroll the entire Group, or its individual members, to/from the University's courses.
How to enroll users/group to a course
- Once logged in to the BlazeMeter University as Manager, click on the main drop-down menu on the top left corner of the screen, currently showing 'Dashboard'.
- Then, Select 'Enrollments'.
- Select the Course and the user/s you wish to enroll to the course.
- Notice you can switch between enrolling to Groups, or Users.
- Click on Enroll at the bottom of the screen.
How to unenroll users/group from a course
- Once logged in to the BlazeMeter University as Manager, click on the main drop-down menu on the top left corner of the screen, currently showing 'Dashboard'.
- Then, Select 'Users'.
- Click on the user you would like to Enroll from a course.
- Then, click on Enrollments on the secondary top navigation bar.
- Now, you should be able to see all the courses this user is enrolled to. Click on the 'More Option Icon on the relevant course, and select 'Unenroll'.
